Responsibility
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, testers, designers, etc.) to streamline workflows and resolve bottlenecks.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates, reports, and presentations on project status.
- Implement Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies to enhance team productivity and project transparency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and contractual obligations.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project performance and identifying opportunities for process optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Project Management, with at least 2 years in a Delivery Manager or similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing ICT projects with budgets exceeding $100K.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
