Responsibility
- Assist the delivery driver in loading, unloading, and transporting bakery products safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed on time while maintaining product quality and freshness.
- Verify delivery orders for accuracy and handle customer inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations during deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service, including courteous and friendly interactions.
- Assist with inventory checks and restocking delivery supplies as needed.
- Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer feedback to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior delivery or logistics experience is a plus.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry items weighing up to 20-25 kg.
- Valid driverâs license (for motorbike or car) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately.
- Familiarity with Baliâs roads and traffic conditions is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
