Responsibility
- Contact clients via phone, email, or in-person meetings to negotiate and arrange repayment of overdue accounts.
- Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies to minimize losses and improve cash flow.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications, payments, and agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and legal, to escalate cases when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and offering flexible repayment solutions.
- Monitor and report on debt recovery performance, including key metrics and trends.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in debt recovery and financial services.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in debt recovery, collections, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and maintain professionalism in challenging situations.
- Basic understanding of financial concepts, including loan agreements and repayment terms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable learning new software tools.
- High level of integrity, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and ethical standards in debt recovery practices.
