Responsibility
- Contact clients via phone, email, or in-person to discuss outstanding debts and negotiate repayment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and client interactions in the system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets as set by management.
- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to ethical collection practices and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with the finance and legal teams to escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection performance, challenges, and resolutions.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance collection efficiency.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and changes in financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in debt collection, customer service, or a related financial role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with financial services, banking products, or collection software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a benefit.
- Willingness to work in an office environment in Badung, Bali, with a target-oriented mindset.
