Responsibility
- Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Analyze large, structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define data requirements.
- Create and maintain automated data pipelines and dashboards for performance tracking.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
- Communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear, concise presentations.
- Perform feature engineering and model optimization to enhance predictive accuracy.
- Ensure data governance, security, and quality standards are upheld in all analytical processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in data science or advanced analytics.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, probability, and hypothesis testing.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical insights to diverse audiences.
