Responsibility
- Accurately enter and update inventory data into the company's database.
- Monitor and track stock movements, including receipts, issuances, and adjustments.
- Verify inventory records against physical counts to ensure accuracy.
- Generate and maintain reports on inventory levels, discrepancies, and trends.
- Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Assist in conducting regular audits to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of all inventory transactions.
- Provide support in analyzing inventory data to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or inventory management is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, inventory management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
