Responsibility
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations to maintain hygiene standards.
- Wash, dry, and store dishes, glassware, and silverware efficiently.
- Assist in the organization and restocking of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, and storage areas in the kitchen and surrounding spaces.
- Dispose of waste and recycling materials in accordance with company policies.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance or cleanliness issues to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry is preferred.
