Responsibility
- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests in restaurants, bars, and lounge areas.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas, including table arrangements and decor.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and revenue.
- Follow Accorâs service protocols and brand standards to maintain consistency and excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within hospitality, preferably in a hotel or fine-dining establishment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, French, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move items up to 10 kg.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic wine/beverage pairings is advantageous.
- Well-groomed appearance with a professional demeanor.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
