Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for clients in the electrical industry.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical inquiries related to electrical products, systems, and services.
- Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely solutions for clients.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM systems.
- Educate clients on product features, specifications, and best practices for optimal usage.
- Handle complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and technical advancements in the electrical sector.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the electrical, engineering, or technical industry.
