Responsibility
- Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any logistics issues.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to provide exceptional service and address inquiries.
- Manage inventory levels and supply chain documentation to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Process orders, prepare shipping documents, and ensure all paperwork meets regulatory standards.
- Monitor shipment statuses and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve customer complaints or discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, or billing.
- Collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams to optimize logistics operations.
- Maintain and update databases with shipment details, customer information, and inventory records.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong knowledge of shipment processes, customs regulations, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with logistics software or ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
