Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based patients, providing accurate and empathetic support.
- Respond to patient inquiries via email, chat, or phone, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Document patient interactions and updates in the system with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to resolve patient concerns efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and compassionate service.
- Follow company protocols and compliance guidelines to ensure data privacy and security.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
- Contribute to team goals by meeting performance metrics and quality standards.
Qualifications
