Responsibility

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
- Contribute to team meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or service-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
