Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about retail products, promotions, and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to improve customer experience and drive retention.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company updates to provide the best possible service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools.
