Responsibility
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome and high satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and promotions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed and to gather feedback.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to deliver accurate support.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
