Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a positive and professional experience for every customer.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and process orders or returns efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Identify and escalate recurring customer issues to management for process improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service to enhance your skills.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or retail environments (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus.
