Responsibility

  • Provide clear and accurate information to visa applicants regarding requirements, processes, and timelines.
  • Assist clients in completing application forms and verifying supporting documents.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure applications are processed within service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations, policies, and procedural changes.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Uphold company standards for service excellence and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or related fields.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and basic data entry tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
