Responsibility
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via voice, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve order issues, track shipments, and assist with returns/exchanges for retail customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Average Handling Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot complex customer issues.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Adhere to security and compliance protocols when processing customer information.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months of consecutive experience in a BPO environment.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications and CRM software simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail account environment.
- Amenable to working on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Quezon City.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college level or degree is a plus.
