Responsibility
- Investigate and resolve complex customer inquiries related to rental services with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide expert guidance to frontline teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Protect customer trust by handling sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Document and analyze service issues to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline rental service operations and enhance customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, rental agreements, and industry regulations.
- Deliver personalized solutions to customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in rental, hospitality, or a related industry.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to handle complex investigations.
