Responsibility
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
- Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide informed support.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying trends in customer feedback and suggesting enhancements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, helpdesk tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- High level of empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
- Availability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
