Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat for our Telco Account.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
- Document and update customer records in CRM systems with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field (fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Fluent in English with clear and professional verbal and written communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
