Responsibility
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding non-life insurance products.
- Analyze and process policy modifications, renewals, and claims documentation accurately.
- Explain complex insurance terms, coverage details, and policy exclusions to policyholders in a clear and professional manner.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and addressing concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and regulatory compliance.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system with high attention to detail.
- Stay updated on changing insurance policies, industry trends, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or any related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or BPO operations, specifically within the Insurance or Financial Services sector.
- Strong background in Non-Life Insurance (e.g., Property, Casualty, or Automotive) is highly advantageous.
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret policy contracts.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-volume, and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules to support international time zones.
