Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor daily dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Analyze and optimize routes to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for field personnel and clients, resolving dispatch-related queries promptly.
- Maintain accurate logs of all dispatches, vehicle movements, and client interactions using internal software.
- Proactively identify and address potential logistical delays or bottlenecks.
- Provide exceptional customer support by delivering clear, professional, and empathetic communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve standard operating procedures and service standards.
- Generate daily and weekly reports on fleet performance and delivery metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or high-volume customer service roles.
- Strong geographical knowledge of the local area and experience with GPS/mapping software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or dispatch management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends or holidays if required.
