Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to medical accounts, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex medical or billing issues.
- Educate customers on medical products, services, and policies to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.
- Adhere to company protocols and compliance standards in all customer interactions.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics such as call resolution time, customer satisfaction scores, and service level agreements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Nursing, or a related healthcare field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) with a neutral accent.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address customer concerns effectively.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and medical terminology is a plus.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Willingness to work in Bali, Indonesia (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
- Availability for full-time employment with flexibility for shift-based schedules.
