Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and courteous responses to customer concerns, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system, maintaining detailed and organized records.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and escalate cases when necessary.

  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer feedback scores.

Qualifications
