Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate, timely, and courteous responses to customer concerns, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system, maintaining detailed and organized records.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and escalate cases when necessary.
- Follow company scripts, policies, and procedures to deliver consistent service quality.
- Identify and report recurring customer issues to improve products and services.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer feedback scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company updates to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus).
- No prior experience required—training will be provided for the right candidates.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite environment in Bali.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM tools).
