Responsibility

  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for wealth management clients, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of inquiries.
  • Coordinate with financial advisors, relationship managers, and back-office teams to deliver seamless service.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client relationships through personalized communication and service improvements.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior management while providing timely updates to clients.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, including KYC (Know Your Customer) verification and account setup.
  • Monitor client portfolios and alert relevant teams to potential service or investment opportunities.
  • Contribute to process improvements to optimize client service efficiency and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in banking, wealth management, or financial services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships with discretion and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and financial service platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while collaborating with global teams.
