Responsibility

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage end-to-end return and exchange requests according to company policy.
  • Proactively track shipment statuses and coordinate with logistics partners to resolve delivery issues.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system for internal reporting.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to address recurring order issues or platform concerns.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines and current store promotions to better assist shoppers.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service or Call Center role, preferably within the E-Commerce sector.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle difficult customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and quick to learn new CRM or e-commerce software.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
  • Residing in or near Taytay, Rizal is highly preferred.
