Responsibility
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service, call centers, or retail (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and basic data entry.
