Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing professional assistance regarding rental services.
- Proactively manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring high satisfaction levels and brand loyalty.
- Conduct continuous monitoring of the rental vehicle fleet to ensure units are accounted for and in optimal condition.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless vehicle check-in and check-out processes.
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and client interactions in the company database.
- Prepare periodic reports on fleet availability and service performance for management review.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with company safety and service protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma degree in any field.
- Proven experience in Customer Service, Front Office, or administrative roles, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer-based reservation systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis and follow shift schedules if required.
