Responsibility
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to reflect a positive company image.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Handle mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring proper distribution.
- Provide general support to various departments as needed.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a professional appearance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
