Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and candidates, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Provide product and service information to customers, guiding them through processes and solutions.
  • Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and data security.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, client support, or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
