Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions to ensure a seamless luxury travel experience.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Luxe Star Vacation's exclusive travel packages, including digital campaigns, social media content, and partnerships with influencers and travel agencies.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to create compelling promotional materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and website content, that highlight Bali's luxury travel offerings.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improving guest satisfaction and enhancing our marketing efforts.
  • Assist in organizing and executing special events, such as VIP client gatherings, product launches, and industry networking events, to strengthen brand visibility and client relationships.
  • Manage and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for targeted marketing campaigns and personalized guest communications.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, such as photographers, designers, and advertising agencies, to produce high-quality marketing collateral that aligns with our brand identity.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in luxury travel and digital marketing to keep Luxe Star Vacation at the forefront of the market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, marketing, or a related role, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or luxury industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences, including high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
