Responsibility
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, and social media, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Educate customers on products, services, and policies to enhance their experience and drive satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, technical support) to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM systems.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or a related role.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond clearly.
- Proficient in using CRM software, helpdesk tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
