Responsibility
- Manage incoming inquiries from parents and school stakeholders via phone, email, and digital platforms.
- Coordinate daily transport schedules and address any operational discrepancies promptly.
- Provide timely updates regarding vehicle arrivals, service adjustments, or emergency protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of student ridership, route assignments, and feedback logs.
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with drivers and operations teams to optimize route efficiency and safety standards.
- Support administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting, to ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma, or equivalent professional certification.
- Proven experience in a customer service, call centre, or front-desk support role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic data management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with diverse groups of people.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, especially during peak school transport hours.
- Prior experience in the logistics or education industry will be considered an advantage.
