Responsibility
- Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Manage and resolve complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM systems.
- Assist in daily office operations, including administrative tasks, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.
- Conduct proactive follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any pending concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service standards and implement customer-centric solutions.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and consistent information.
- Support general customer service-related tasks, including data entry, reporting, and process optimization.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in customer service, call centers, or client support roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape or willingness to relocate to the region.
