Responsibility

  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Manage and confirm client appointments, coordinating schedules efficiently to maximize bookings and minimize no-shows.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly.

  • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and preferences for future reference.

Qualifications
