Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Manage and confirm client appointments, coordinating schedules efficiently to maximize bookings and minimize no-shows.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly.
- Process payments, refunds, and transactions accurately using POS systems and other financial tools.
- Promote beauty treatments, products, and memberships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored recommendations.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and preferences for future reference.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotions, loyalty programs, and customer retention strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice and enhance customer trust.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or a related field (beauty/wellness industry is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in POS systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office (training provided for proprietary tools).
