Responsibility
- Serve as the primary liaison for parents regarding enrollment procedures, fee structures, and school policies.
- Process and manage student enrollment applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with school guidelines.
- Handle fee collections, payment plans, and financial inquiries with discretion and efficiency.
- Address operational and administrative queries from parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date records of student data, enrollment status, and payment histories in the school management system.
- Collaborate with the admissions and finance teams to streamline processes and improve parent satisfaction.
- Provide clear, empathetic, and timely responses to parent concerns via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Assist in organizing school events, open houses, and parent orientation sessions to enhance community engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in customer service, administrative support, or education sector roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with student management systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment in Bali.
