Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations efficiently while ensuring accuracy in patient records.
  • Resolve patient concerns and complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about clinic services, procedures, and policies to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinic offerings, promotions, and updates to deliver informed support.
  • Document patient interactions and feedback in the clinic’s CRM system for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality and personal development.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient-centric approach to service delivery.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and accountability.
  • Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude when handling sensitive or challenging situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or healthcare are advantageous.
