Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
- Prepare and serve Buko Juan’s signature coconut beverages and menu items according to brand standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing workspace, including the service counter and customer areas.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the POS system efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, or feedback promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail (preferably in food and beverage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
