Responsibility
- Manage and process customer orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, warehouse, sales) to resolve order discrepancies and delays.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to order status, shipping, and returns.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, order updates, and issue resolutions in our CRM system.
- Monitor order fulfillment metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
- Identify opportunities to improve order processing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to new team members on order management systems and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, order fulfillment, or a related administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and order management software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong collaboration with team members.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving customer and operational issues.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or logistics processes is a plus.
