Responsibility
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial accuracy.
- Promote bank products and services, such as savings accounts, credit cards, and loans, to meet sales targets.
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations, security protocols, and internal policies.
- Assist customers with account openings, closures, and updates while verifying identification and documentation.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations and a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelorās degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Bank Teller, Cashier, or in a customer service role within the financial sector.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Proficiency in using banking software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Knowledge of banking products, services, and compliance regulations is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly preferred.
