Responsibility
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Document customer interactions and follow up on escalated cases
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling sensitive customer information
- Meet and exceed performance metrics including response time and resolution rate
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and services
- Provide feedback to management for continuous process improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of BPO/customer service experience (required)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
- Availability for shift work, including nights and weekends
- Positive attitude and customer-centric mindset
