Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Provide expert advice on health, beauty, and personal care products to meet customer needs.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and efficiency.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and maintain cash register operations.
- Ensure store shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to enhance product visibility.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting regular stock checks.
- Promote ongoing sales, loyalty programs, and special offers to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment in compliance with company standards and health regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer concerns effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
