Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in-store with product inquiries, purchases, and trade-ins with a professional and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Manage customer communications via phone, email, and social media, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Process transactions, handle cash registers, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Resolve customer concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues when necessary.
- Organize and promote in-store events, tournaments, and community gatherings to engage members and attract new customers.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Track customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality and product offerings.
- Stay updated on TCG trends, new releases, and club promotions to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, retail, or a similar role, preferably in gaming, collectibles, or entertainment industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and engage with diverse customers.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy environment.
- Basic knowledge of trading card games (e.g., Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!) is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings, to support store operations.
- Passion for gaming, collectibles, or community-building is a strong plus!
