Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist customers with vehicle inquiries, test drive scheduling, and purchase processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase or service to gather feedback and ensure their needs are met.
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing correspondence, and coordinating appointments.
- Stay informed about Honda’s latest models, promotions, and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Uphold the company’s standards of excellence in customer service, contributing to a positive and welcoming dealership environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
