Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to GE Healthcare clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on GE Healthcare products, services, and industry trends to provide informed support.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer feedback scores.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call centers, or healthcare support (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal) with a neutral accent.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a plus.
