Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide top-tier customer support and sales assistance.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Drive sales by identifying opportunities and converting leads into successful transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs related to call volume, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.
  • Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback on customer pain points and service gaps.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or call center operations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and service targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
