Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide top-tier customer support and sales assistance.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and offer tailored solutions.
- Drive sales by identifying opportunities and converting leads into successful transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs related to call volume, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.
- Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback on customer pain points and service gaps.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or call center operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and service targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelorâs degree is a plus.
