Responsibility
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers, guiding them through Google Cloud's data analytics solutions, including BigQuery, Dataflow, and AI/ML tools.
- Design and implement scalable data architectures that enable customers to process, analyze, and derive insights from large datasets efficiently.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and drive cloud adoption across industries.
- Conduct technical workshops, proof-of-concept (PoC) sessions, and training to educate customers on best practices for data analytics and cloud migration.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize performance, and ensure seamless integration of Google Cloud services with existing customer infrastructure.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in data analytics, machine learning, and cloud computing, and share insights with customers and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, case studies, and whitepapers to showcase the value of Google Cloud's data solutions.
- Foster long-term customer relationships by providing strategic guidance and ensuring their success in the cloud.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, cloud engineering, or a related technical role, with a strong focus on Google Cloud or AWS/Azure.
- Hands-on experience with data analytics tools such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Looker (or similar BI tools).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Java, with the ability to write and optimize complex queries and scripts.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as Google Professional Data Engineer, Google Cloud Architect, or AWS/Azure equivalents are a plus.
