Responsibility
- Manage the procurement, deployment, tracking, and retirement of IT assets.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to optimize asset utilization and reduce costs.
- Implement and enforce IT asset management policies and procedures.
- Monitor asset performance and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed.
- Provide training and support to employees on IT asset usage and best practices.
- Generate reports on asset status, depreciation, and lifecycle management.
- Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and software asset management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT asset management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT asset management tools and software.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Bali.
