Responsibility

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company procedures to provide accurate support.
  • Uphold company values and maintain a positive attitude in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a BPO or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali.
