Responsibility

  • Design, launch, and manage high-performance user acquisition (UA) campaigns across multiple digital channels, including social media, search, and programmatic advertising.
  • Develop and refine audience targeting strategies to ensure campaigns reach the right users with the right messaging at the right time.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional materials tailored to the iGaming audience.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other tracking platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns in real-time based on KPIs such as CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI to maximize efficiency and scalability.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to identify high-performing variations and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to keep our acquisition efforts innovative and competitive.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and analytics, to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, user acquisition, or performance marketing, preferably within the iGaming, fintech, or SaaS industries.
  • Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, or programmatic networks.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and attribution platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and reports.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
  • Passion for the iGaming industry and a deep understanding of its unique audience and regulatory landscape is a plus.
